Counseling with John
"At one point, I tried to step down from active counseling in favor of the Emotional Clearing Facilitators, but I soon realized I missed it and needed it in order to keep my skills sharp for the professional trainings."
John sees a limited number of clients at reasonable rates for one-to-one personal counseling, in John's office in New York City or anywhere in the world via telephone or Skype.
John's current days for counseling are Wednesday and Thursday, between 11 am and 8 PM Eastern time. Do not feel you need to come to New York to meet in person. Most of John's counseling over the years has been on the phone with people all over the world, and he would like to emphasize that, in his view, telephone work is absolutely equally effective to in-person work. John usually recommends a minimum of 5 to 10 sessions for optimal benefit and to begin a major shifting of energetic patterns with lasting effect.
John does not do pre-interviews for counseling. It's recommended you read Emotional Clearing prior to counseling to become familiar with the approach and to see if you resonate with it. Listening to the Deep Relaxation Program or one of the many interviews he has posted about the work will also help you determine if you feel in tune with him. Please read the info on the counseling description page, which will likely answer any questions about the counseling format. When you are ready to proceed, email him. Include specific hours you are available and where you are located. John will email back to set up a time with you, and give you a number to call, and request your payment information.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes, which is completely adequate, but sometimes clients like to go 90 minutes. John charges $125 for 60 minutes / $185 for 90 minutes, with you calling him if it's a phone/Skype session. Phone sessions may be paid only with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Office clients may pay by check or bank card. John does not take any insurance. Skype sessions are audio only; video is not needed.
