REGISTER

HOURS:
Fri: 7 - 10 pm
Sat: 10 am - 6 pm (1 hr. 15 min. break for lunch)
Sun: 10 am - 3 pm (no lunch break, bring a snack)
Friday evening is an important part of the workshop and must be attended.
BRING:
Large towel for lying on the floor.
WEAR:
Loose, comfortable, non-synthetic clothes suitable for gentle movement.
PAYMENT:
Payment is by credit or debit card only. Payment must be made in full.
MINIMUM GROUP:
We need a minimum group of 10 to hold the workshop. After your registration
is received, your card will not be charged until the minimum number
is reached. You will be notified when your registration has been received
and when your card has been charged. The minimum number must be reached
TWO WEEKS prior to the workshop date so that the workshop can be confirmed
and airline/lodging reservations can safely be made. If the minimum
number is not reached two weeks prior to the workshop, the workshop
will be cancelled. Please cooperate and send in your registration
early.
LATE REGISTRATION:
Late registrations after two weeks prior to the WS date will be charged
an additional $25.
CANCELLATIONS:
Charges will be refunded in full (less a 5 % processing fee) if you
cancel 14 or more days prior to the workshop. If you cancel between
13 days and 1 day in advance, 50 % will be refunded. No refund is
available if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, if you do not
show up, if you leave early or miss any part of the workshop for any
reason.
